Technopark of Saint-Petersburg and Association of Robotics of Chile has become partners

On September 20, 2017, the Technopark of St. Petersburg and the Robotics Association of Chile signed an Agreement on Cooperation for the Development of Advanced Robotic Systems and Related Technologies and Production. On the current day, the parties intend to work together in the research and developmental areas, to provide mutual information support in professional communities.


Formally created on the first day of St. Petersburg International Innovation Forum, the partnership actually started in the summer of 2017, after visiting the area of Technopark of St. Petersburg and its subdivisions by the director of the association Rodrigo Andreas Quevedo Silva. The Chilean side highly appreciated the infrastructure and competences of the Center for Prototyping and the Center for Cluster Development, the quality of projects implemented with their support. In turn, Technopark is ready to act as a softlining site for promising foreign developments.

In the future, the cooperation will include the exchange of information on topical issues related to the implementation of development projects in the relevant sectors for the two sides, joint promotion of ongoing projects, the establishment of joint working groups, as well as joint participation in professional events.
